You will learn how to create a blog on Blogger. Add sources of income to that blog from companies like Ebay, Amazon, Commission Junction and Google. Also learn how to submit your blog to search engines like Yahoo and MSN.

Step 1

Create a Blog. You can create a free blog account at Blogger.com. You will first need to compose your blog. If you are a beginner, write about something you are familiar with. Try to use as many keywords as possible. Do not oversaturate your blog with keywords. Just make it sound natural. Once you have finished composing your article on Blogger, you are ready to move to step 2.

Step 2

Create a Source of Income on that Blog. There are several ways to generate income on your Blogger page. You can set up an account with Amazon or Ebay. You will need to go to www.ebay.com or www.amazon.com. On both sites, select affiliate programs. You can find the affiliate links at the bottom of their webpages. Register with these sites to become an affiliate. With Ebay you can create your own links to products relative to your website. Once you get the html links from Ebay, simply go to back to your Blogger blog. Decide where you would like to place your Ebay link. Select link on the compose page. Insert your html link and they keyword in your blog will now link your reader to Ebay products that you chose previously. Amazon is even easier. Go to your Amazon affiliate page and create a widget(ad). Amazon will walk you though this. You can choose what products you would like displayed on your page with Amazon also. Once you create your widget, Amazon will ask you if you would like it to be placed on your webpage. You can have Amazon do this for your which is what I would recommend or do it yourself by copying the code and inserting it in your Blogger blog. You can get affiliated with other companies also through sites like Commission Junction and Linkshare. Insert these links the same way you did your Ebay and Amazon links. Now the easiest way to create income on www.Blogger.com is through Google Adsense. I found a great article on Blogger about Adsense. You can view this at http://adsensetoyoursite.blogspot.com/. To add Adsense to your Blog, select add a page element on the layout page of your Blogger article. Blogger will ask you what type of page element to add. Just select Adsense. Once you have chosen the size and color of your ad, Google will tailor the add to your blog's content. You get paid everytime someone clicks on one of these ads.

Submit your blog to search engines. You need to submit your site to search engines like Yahoo at http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html and MSN at http://search.msn.fr/docs/submit.aspx. Go to these sites and submit your website for free. It will ask you for the web address of the site you wish to submit. Enter your Blogger article's website here. This will allow these search engines to find your website.
